These terms govern use of Xenodyne websites, software, licensed tools, documentation, and related services. Use of a Xenodyne product may also be governed by a separate written agreement, order form, or license document.

Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Xenodyne software is licensed, not sold. Licenses may be limited by seat, organization, product, term, environment, or permitted use.

Restrictions

Users may not share license keys, bypass access controls, redistribute licensed software, reverse engineer software except where legally permitted, or use Xenodyne products unlawfully.

No warranty

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, Xenodyne services are provided as is and as available.
